• took vehicle on road test and verified customer concern, Found that the front brake pads are at 9mm and rear pads are at 8mm, checked for warping in front and rear rotors and did not find any warping, but did find that front rotors have hot spots which can cause vibration while braking, measured front rotors at its lowest spot at 32.48 and rear rotors at 20.52, minimum thickness for front it 32 and rear is 20, rotors are getting too hot causing hot spots which is causing the vibrations, recommend replacing front and rear rotors and resurfacing pads or replacing pads. Could not remove rear rotor without causing damage, if replacing rear rotors I can further diagnose the parking brake issue.
• Synthetic Blend Oil Change
• Removed and replaced front brake rotors, re-finished brake pads, and lubed slides
• Removed and replaced rear brake rotors, re-finished brake pads, and lubed slides
• Cleaned and adjusted rear parking brake both sides

• Performed 4 Wheel Alignment, found driver front tire had a lump in the middle of the tire all the way around, causing the pull, swapped front driver and passenger wheels and found the vehicle drove straight, also noticed tires are 6 years old, recommend replacement of tires. No rear toe adjustment can be made on this vehicle

• Used scan tool to monitor oil pressure switch status. Found oil pressure would switch from low to not low erratically. Used oil pressure testing gauge to check vehicle oil pressure. Found pressure within specifications. Recommend replace oil pressure switch due to faulty readings.

• Took vehicle on road test and found vehicle misfired under heavy acceleration. Used scan tool to monitor misfire date and found cylinder 3 misfire. Swapped cylinder 3 spark plug with cylinder 2 as well ad cylinder 3 coil with cylinder 1. Used scan tool to monitor misfire data. Found misfire moved to cylinder 2. Recommend replace spark plugs with fuel induction service.
