No Refunds Policy:
Once services have been initiated or products have been ordered, Exclusive Automotive does not offer refunds for cancellations. All payments made for services or parts are non-refundable.
Value of Services Rendered:
If, at the time of cancellation, the value of the services already provided exceeds the total contract price, the customer will be liable for the remaining balance of the contract. This ensures that Exclusive Automotive is compensated for the labor, parts, and services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
Payment Due Upon Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, any outstanding balance on the contract will become immediately due.
Cancellation Terms for Overpayment:
If the services rendered are less than what the customer has paid out, the contract will be cancelled with no additional cancellation fee.
Disputes and Queries:
Any disputes regarding the cancellation or the calculation of the outstanding balance should be addressed in writing to info@exclusiveautomotiverepair.com. Exclusive Automotive commits to reviewing any such disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Acknowledgment:
By engaging with Exclusive Automotive for automotive repair services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
Note:
This policy is subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect services already under contract unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
